Snack Idea


I pulled a string cheese into four sections and wrapped chicken breast deli slices around them.  This was a satisfying and filling snack for around 150 calories.  Try it out!

  1. One snack idea that kendra and I have been doing is making yogurt shakes, with fruit added in. It is a nice substitute to icecream for us.

  2. Yummy!!Here's one I just found in the biggest loser cookbook...
    1/2 c frozen unsweetened "sweet" cherries
    2/3 c frozenpineapple
    1/2 c frozen mango
    1/2 c ff milk
    1/4 c ff sug free vanilla yogurt
    1 t honey (optional)

    How amazing does that sound??
