My plan to change my life style, for this not to be just a diet, but how I live my life. Here are some of the changes I am working on...
ReplyDelete-much less coke and sweet tea, lots more water
-switching to wheat as opposed to white
-making myself eat breakfast
-eating two snacks
-getting in ALOT more fruits and veggies
-try to figure out how to do all this on a budget
-work out... atleat four times a week for atleast 30 minues
-making time for me, mainly with working out, knowing I am still giving time to my family, a much longer, healthier, happier life!
-engraining healthy eating habits on my boys
-much smaller portion sizes
-
