Mandie- Goal #1= 185lbs......Goal #2 = 170 lbs...... Goal #3 = 150 lbs   Also, my goals are to exercise at least four times a week, keep a food journal focusing on healthy meals and snacking, cut down on coke, and take baby steps as opposed to "go big or go home" as I've had in the past.  (1/2 sweetened 1/2 unsweetend tea at McCalisters ;) )
